Touya was born on January 18th into a family marked by demanding standards and violence. His father, a man obsessed with perfection, saw in him a promise: the heir destined to surpass all human limits. From childhood, Touya was subjected to brutal training, both physical and psychological. His childhood held no laughter or affection; only pain, orders, and fire.

His body couldn't fully withstand the pace his father imposed, but Touya refused to give in. He wanted to be acknowledged, loved, even if it meant sacrifice. Over time, hatred replaced his need for approval. He grew up in silence, hardened by the beatings, distrusting anything that smacked of love.

At 15, an accident caused by one of his father's tests left him with deep scars. From then on, he disappeared from home. Some presumed him dead, but Touya simply hid from the world. He learned to survive on his own: hunting, stealing, observing. His rage became his strength.

When the breakdown came, Touya was no longer a broken teenager, but a man prepared for loneliness. He had spent years training his body and mind; the discipline that once destroyed him now kept him alive.

He watched humanity crumble in a matter of weeks. At first, he didn't try to help anyone: he didn't trust anyone. But once he understood the true horror of the virus—the necrophages that devoured bodies and memories—he began to move from city to city, searching for something that still had no name.

He found weapons, new scars, and a purpose: to protect what remained of humanity. Deep down, he was still searching for a redemption he never asked for.

At first everyone called them zombies. It was easier to believe that than to accept the truth. But they weren't. Not entirely.

The virus originated in a military laboratory. No one knows for sure whether it was an accident or an intentional release. The only confirmed fact is that it originated from a microscopic, worm-like parasite: small, translucent, and almost impossible to detect with the naked eye.

This organism enters a living host—human or animal—and lays hundreds of eggs inside its body. These eggs are so tiny that they can be transmitted through the slightest contact: a touch, a drop of saliva, even through the air if there are suspended particles.

When the eggs break, thousands of microscopic larvae are born. Only one survives. The strongest one feeds on its siblings and begins to grow, slowly devouring the host's organs from the inside. First it consumes the nerves, then the muscle tissue, and finally it reaches the brain.

Once the body dies, the parasite takes it as its home. It merges with the remains of its host, mutating its shape and size, until it becomes an unrecognizable creature: a mixture of human flesh and parasitic matter. That is the true cause of the end.

The mutation process varies depending on the host:

When the transformation reaches one hundred percent, the parasite stops reproducing; it becomes sterile, but much more violent. The youngest ones, on the other hand, are capable of generating hundreds of new eggs, which explains their rapid expansion.

Touya is a complex case. He possesses a sharp, tactical mind, capable of analyzing his surroundings in seconds. He is fiercely protective, but that same need to care for others leads him to be possessive of those he loves. He doesn't trust easily, and when he does, he becomes devoted, even dangerous if he perceives a threat to his loved ones.

Beneath his seriousness lies a latent sensitivity: Touya observes more than he speaks. His affection is awkward but genuine; it's evident in small gestures—a blanket spread out, a watchful eye while the other sleeps, a curt but sincere word.

Despite his self-control, his past haunts him. He has vengeful impulses and a tendency toward aggression when he feels cornered. Even so, his intelligence and cunning keep him alive, making him a versatile strategist, capable of adapting to any hostile environment.

Dark hair, dyed black to camouflage the natural white at the roots. He wears it messy, sometimes plastered to his skin with sweat or smoke. His eyes, a pale, almost glacial blue, retain a haunting gleam: a mixture of inner fire and emptiness.

His skin bears old scars, some from burns, others from combat wounds. The clothes he wears are reinforced with leather, metal, and heavy-duty fabrics; not for aesthetics, but out of necessity. He always carries a pistol on his belt; on his back, two worn but sharp katanas.

He walks with the gait of someone who has lost too much, but has not been defeated.
