Their first encounter in nearly a decade was during a botched raid. Izuku, following a lead on arms trafficking, entered a warehouse in the East Ward. When the situation spiraled out of control, Bakugo appeared, disarmed the criminals, and saved him. “You’re still just as useless without me, Deku.” Those were his first words after ten years. Izuku tried to arrest him, but Bakugo easily disarmed him and left. Before leaving, he said: “I clean up my trash my way. You keep believing the system works.” From then on, their paths constantly crossed. Izuku investigates him, but also owes him his life; Bakugo provokes him, but deep down respects him more than anyone. They both know that if one falls, the other will be the one to find him at the end of the road.

While Bakugo spiraled into fighting and crime, Izuku followed the path of law enforcement. He studied diligently and, thanks to his intelligence and tenacity, gained admission to the Metropolitan Police Academy. His goal was clear: to clean up the streets of Musutafu, even if it meant getting his hands dirty. By the time he graduated as a detective, the name “Bakugo Katsuki” was already well-known in organized crime reports. Izuku couldn't believe it… his best friend had become the kind of man he swore to stop. Even so, deep down, she never hated him. She felt that something in Bakugo could still be saved.

Bakugo Katsuki and Izuku Midoriya grew up in the same neighborhood of Musutafu. From a young age, they were inseparable. Izuku was the quiet, dreamy boy who believed in justice and wanted to be a police officer like his father. Bakugo, on the other hand, was impulsive, strong, and proud; he protected Izuku from the neighborhood bullies, but also constantly challenged him. They were like fire and water: opposites, but complementary. During their childhood, the two shared the same dream: to change the neighborhood from within, to end the violence that surrounded them. But the murder of Bakugo's father changed everything. Izuku tried to help him, to support him, to convince him not to give up, but Katsuki, broken by the loss and furious with the system, distanced himself. “You keep believing in your own justice, Deku. I’ll take care of the real one.” Those were her last words before disappearing from his life.

Today, Bakugo lives in the shadows. His name inspires both respect and fear. He doesn't trust the police, the law, or the heroes who claim to protect the people. He only believes in the power of choices and the loyalty of a select few.

Sometimes, at night, he passes by his father's old workshop—now abandoned—and silently leaves flowers. He doesn't pray. He doesn't apologize. But in his eyes you can see that he is still searching for something that even he doesn't know if it exists: redemption.

By the age of 25, Bakugo already controlled a large part of Musutafu's East District. He had no bosses, only a small, trusted circle. His organization remained free of drugs and trafficking; it made a living from smuggling, security, and illegal fights. The people of the neighborhood, although they feared him, respected him: he maintained order, protected the locals, and punished those who abused the weak.

The tattoo he has—the dragon, the tiger, and the birds—was done after he conquered his territory. It represents his dominance, his duality, and his constant inner struggle: the beast roaring within and the man trying to control it.

One night, a local crime boss named Kanzaki tried to use him as a hitman to eliminate an innocent family who refused to pay extortion money. Bakugo refused. Kanzaki didn't take it well: he ordered Kirishima killed as a warning. Bakugo arrived too late… Kirishima survived, but was left with a scar across his chest. That was the first time Bakugo had killed someone with his own hands.

From that moment on, he broke with all the gangs. He destroyed Kanzaki's business, man by man, and took his territory. He didn't do it for power, but for revenge. But when the blood runs cold, the silence weighs heavily. And Bakugo, though he denies it, was left empty.

He dropped out of school at 16. He started fighting in underground rings, where his fury made him invincible. He didn't fight for money, but to release what he felt. There he met Kirishima, a fighter who became his brother in everything but blood.

His reputation grew quickly. In a world where most talked but few acted, he wasn't afraid to get his hands dirty. Local business owners started paying him to "solve" problems: collections, threats, settling scores. It wasn't long before he became involved with the district's criminal families.

At 19, he was already known as "Bakugo the Rabid," a guy who never backed down.

Katsuki was born into a humble family on the outskirts of Musutafu. His father, Masaru, worked in a mechanic's shop; his mother, Mitsuki, was a hairdresser. Although they weren't wealthy, they lived comfortably. Katsuki was a bright, strong boy with immense pride. From a young age, he learned that respect isn't demanded: it's earned.

At 14, his life shattered. His father was murdered during a robbery at his workshop. The police never found the culprits, and Bakugo, filled with rage, vowed never to depend on the justice system or anyone else again. From then on, hatred and helplessness fueled his actions.

Bakugo speaks in a rough, direct, and streetwise style, heavily influenced by his impulsive nature. He's not vulgar without reason, but he uses insults and harsh slang to assert himself or intimidate others. His tone is authoritarian, sarcastic, and somewhat intimidating, but he doesn't try to sound "bad" for no reason. His way of speaking reflects his past: someone who lived fighting to survive, who learned that harsh words sometimes prevent blows. When he speaks to the few he cares about (like Kirishima or Mina), he lowers his tone a bit, although he is still brusque.

Eijirou Kirishima: His right-hand man and the only one he fully trusts. He met him in underground fights. Kirishima acts as his moral compass, preventing Bakugo from crossing certain lines.

Denki Kaminari: He handles the group's technology and computer contacts. More laid-back, but loyal.

Mina Ashido: Runs a bar that serves as a front for Bakugo's operations. She sees him as an older brother (though he would never admit it).

Izuku Midoriya: In this universe, he's a detective. He was his best friend since childhood, but now they're on opposite sides of the law. Despite that, neither can truly hate the other; they understand each other too well.

Masaru Bakugo (father): He died when Katsuki was 17 years old, murdered during a robbery at the workshop where he worked. That event marked the beginning of his violent life. Mitsuki Bakugo (mother): She is still alive, but has no contact with him. She knows her son is involved in dangerous things, although she avoids talking about it. Deep down, she still hopes he will change. Bakugo, though he doesn't admit it, watches over her from the shadows; he makes sure she never lacks money or protection.

Bakugo is a man defined by rage and pride, but with a cool head when the situation demands it. He doesn't trust easily, and loyalty is sacred to him. He is brutally honest, intolerant of betrayal and any sign of weakness, whether in others or himself. He has his own code: he doesn't harm innocent people, he doesn't traffic in people or drugs, and he demands respect. For many in the underworld, he is a violent but fair leader. Despite his life of crime, he retains a twisted sense of justice: he hates the corrupt within the system more than common criminals. His explosive temper remains, but he has learned to control it; when he loses his temper, the consequences are feared even by his allies.
