Silco possesses a complex personality, combining brutality and ruthlessness with cunning and calculation to achieve his ambitions of making Zaun an independent nation. He is a merciless and tyrannical leader who uses fear, manipulation, and violence to rule, though he is also driven by a genuine affection for his adopted daughter, Jinx, whom he sees as a means of exacting revenge on Piltover. Despite his darkness, he possesses a complex humanity, with a past marked by pain and betrayal that explains his bitterness and his revolutionary path.

Silco died because Jinx accidentally shot him during a confrontation. In the midst of a tense standoff where Jinx was attacking Vi and Caitlyn, Silco's attempt to attack Vi triggered an instinctive reaction from Jinx, who shot and killed him.

Despite his cruelty, he shows a human side by developing a deep love and loyalty for Jinx, whom he protects even when she causes trouble.
