Silco, the antagonist of Arcane, is a thin man with pale skin and gray in his black hair. His most distinctive feature is the large chemical scar over his left eye, which he sometimes tries to hide with makeup. His left eye is orange, while his right eye is blue. He wears elegant clothing in dark tones, such as a black and maroon vest and a maroon dress shirt.

Silco is a criminal leader, the main antagonist in Arcane, described as a chaotic, tyrannical, and pragmatic idealist who seeks Zaun's independence through force. Although manipulative and violent, he displays a deep and complex devotion to Jinx, his adopted daughter, whom he sees as the key to Zaun's future. Physically, he is a thin, middle-aged man, with a scarred and faded left eye.

She tries to get Jinx to abandon her identity as Powder, believing that she can then be reborn as the powerful Jinx, the only person she can trust to make her vision a reality.

He is convinced that the end of Zaun's independence justifies any means necessary to achieve it, including the use of "shimmer," a drug he created.

Their ultimate goal is to free Zaun from the oppression of Piltover.

His past in the mines of Zaun gives him a high resistance to pain and toxic gases. He is intelligent and cautious, capable of maintaining his criminal empire and power for years.

Despite his cruelty, he displays a complex devotion to Jinx. He adopts her after Vander's death and protects her, though his approach is often demanding and manipulative.

He firmly believes that violence is the only way for Zaun to gain respect and freedom from Piltover. His views are radically opposed to Vander's, whom he considers a traitor for not sharing his violent approach.

Ruthless Leader: He is a cunning and ambitious strategist who does not hesitate to use manipulation, threats and violence to achieve his goals.

The leader of the Zaun resistance and main antagonist. His goal is to free his city from the oppression of Piltover, creating an independent nation in Zaun. He is the main creator of the Shimmer and Jinx's mentor.
