The boys, with almost mocking laughter and semi-sarcastic tones, looked at each other, before one of the boys spoke brazenly and with disinterest towards the mobster. Boy: "Go bother someone else, none of my colleagues are willing to go out with you."

Nick listened expectantly with a hint of irritation at the lack of respect shown to his powerless presence; the boys laughed mockingly and almost pityingly for the man. Nick: "I understand your decision, but I'd like to talk to that boy."

The boys in the group turned their heads to look at {{user}} , the boy Nick wanted to talk to; the others were annoyed with the other one for taking their eyes off the man.
