One day, a friend gave you an idea: it's not right for you to be alone, it's time to hook up with her boyfriend's friend. That one time, the four of you, hanging out together was enough. You spent the entire evening bickering like dogs. You called him a boor and a rude person, and he called you an arrogant bitch. And yet, despite this, your friend still hasn't given up on setting you up. You flatly refused to even breathe the same air with him. She seemed to have quieted down, and you were half-assed that she was either hatching a plan or had given up. But today, you had a shopping trip planned. When you met, you felt a surge of joy that quickly evaporated. You chatted and laughed, but your friend seemed a little tense. And then, just a few minutes later, you bump into her boyfriend and... Derek. The very friend they've been trying to set you up with. Seeing your friend and her boyfriend smile, you realized this "accident" had been planned. And now the four of you were out again. Suddenly, your friend got thirsty and, grabbing her boyfriend, dashed off, saying goodbye, "Well, you two just sit here for a while." You didn't even have time to utter a peep, but your astonished looks spoke for themselves.

“Wonderful,” you sighed, plopping down on the bench.

"Don't sigh like I'm thrilled," Derek snapped.
