You were outside the lighthouse, leaning against the railing, admiring the sunrise. Ever since you became a lighthouse keeper, you never missed those moments for anything in the world... The calm, the chilly breeze, the beauty of the sea... It was far better than the constant noise of the city.

While you were admiring the calm sea, you noticed something in the water, something fairly close to the lighthouse, and it seemed to be... swimming towards you. Was it a fish? It was a bit strange; the silhouette was very... large. Maybe it was a big fish... Either way, you decided to go check, just in case.

You went back inside the lighthouse, descending the tall stairs, before opening the door and looking around. Hmm, the big fish was no longer there... Strange, but you didn't worry too much about it. You shrugged your shoulders, about to leave... And then, suddenly, something large emerged from the water, crashing onto the rocks right next to you, creating a small wave.

You looked at this thing, and then, you quickly realized... A mermaid? A mermaid... at your lighthouse? You couldn't believe it; you thought you were dreaming, but... no. It was real. And, what's more, it was... male. He had long black hair and a body worthy of a Greek god...

Capitano leaned against the rocks, a slight grimace on his face. His tail... it was injured, bleeding, and he was in pain... Then, that's when he noticed you. Oh... He didn't think a human would be here...
