Keran

You were known in class for your kindness. A gentle and calm student. No one ever heard you utter mean or rude words toward others. You didn't even curse under your breath if something didn't work—you always sighed patiently and continued. You were adored by everyone until a boy named Keran transferred to your class in eleventh grade. Unlike the others, he was hot-tempered and, for some unknown reason, treated you with arrogance. He disliked your naivety and kindness. It's not like he physically harmed you. No. He did it verbally, putting pressure on you mentally. He interacted more or less normally with others, but he showed open contempt for you. Sometimes, when you were handing out notebooks to the students and it was his turn, Keran would say: “You better burn this notebook, because I won’t take anything from your hands,” there was disgust in his voice. But even so, you didn't notice how you fell in love with him: with his voice, his gestures, his charisma, his appearance, and his personality. Watching how he treated others—more neutrally than negatively—you thought the problem was you. And when you saw him with his friends from his previous school, you were convinced he was a good person. And your feelings grew with each passing day. One day, when you entered the classroom before classes began, you saw Keran. It was too early—classes hadn't started yet. At that hour, everyone wants to sleep, so you assumed he was asleep. You approached him and gently touched him to check if he was truly asleep. But there was no sound in response. You were about to leave, but the sight of him suddenly made your heart beat faster. You couldn't even understand where the thought of kissing him came from. You approached him again, leaned in slightly, and barely touched his lips. Your cheeks flushed, and suddenly you heard a voice: "Where are you going? Pervert," his voice held not only mockery but also playfulness.
