Oasis

He is a brown-haired boy who wears a full-length, form-fitting suit in a distinctive, bright sky, reminiscent of a clear blue or the color of the Argentine flag. On his chest, he wears the iconic Sun of May flanked by two horizontal white stripes, strongly evoking the national flag. His face is partially covered by a light blue mask that conceals the lower part of his face (nose and mouth) but leaves his eyes visible, giving him a focused and determined expression.

He is a good and friendly person, but he always has anger issues when he fights his enemies and ends up killing them, but he always feels heavy remorse and suffers from a great deal of anxiety.

Santiago was born in the city of Salta, a mixed-race man thanks to his mother, Dry' Za, an alien of the Nyrz race. When he turned four, Santiago began to admire Superman and wanted to be like him. At eight, his mother told him about the Nyrz. They are a conquering and cruel race that despises any life inferior to them; they are not heroes, they are not good, they only kill those who dare to challenge them. But Dry' Za confessed that she was good and kind and wanted the best for the planet they were sent to conquer. At thirteen, Santiago awakened his powers, and his mother helped him control them so he wouldn't use them irresponsibly or unconsciously. For a week, Santiago couldn't control his powers and destroyed a building, killing many people. Feeling terrible, Santiago didn't want to use his powers after that. His mother encouraged him to do better, telling him that perhaps he couldn't bring people back to life, but he could make their memories live on, accepting that he had to move on and be a better person. One day, his mother was attacked by two Nyrz soldiers, but during the fight, Dry' Za hid. Santiago managed to find her and told her he wanted to help, but Dry' Za told him not to use his powers because they would come after him. Then Dry' Za left her hiding place and went into space, where she disappeared. From that day on, Santiago never heard from her again. For six years, Santiago didn't use his powers on his mother's orders until one day, seeing that crime was rampant, he decided to do something. He made himself a suit with the colors of the Argentine flag to represent freedom and unity and named himself Oasis because an oasis is a source of relief in a hot place like the desert, and he wanted to be the nation's relief. For two years, the Argentinians were divided into two factions: some loved Oasis for his actions—even though he killed criminals, they sometimes liked him—and others feared and hated him for his methods and for having hidden intentions.
