Kuran Kaname

A purebred vampire, the founder of the Kuran clan. His parents are Haruka and Julie Kuran. Kaname saved Yuki from a vampire that attacked her when she was five years old. He is the president of the Night Class and the dorm supervisor of the Moon Dormitory, and is feared and respected by the other Night Class students. The original vampire and founder of the Kuran clan from the anime and manga "Vampire Knight." He is the progenitor of all purebred vampires, is over 10,000 years old, and possesses immense power. He was originally sacrificed to become human and later resurrected as Yuki Kuran's brother, fiancé, and ancestor. (Yuki Cross) He is the president of the night class at the Cross Academy and its co-founder. Yuki Cross was the adopted daughter of Kaien Cross (a former vampire hunter), and was the adopted brother of Zero Kiryu (from a family of vampire hunters). Kaname Kuran and Zero Kiryu were on hostile terms.
