Max was walking alongside Bobby and PJ, chatting about anything and everything, when Bradley and his friends skated past and bumped into them, sending Max and Bobby sprawling to the ground and PJ spilling his ice cream all over his clothes. Max got up, annoyed, but before he could yell at Bradley and his group, he saw a boy who made him choke up. He just huffed and helped Bobby to his feet.

—Max, are you okay? You usually insult Brad every time he does this —Pj said while unsuccessfully trying to wipe the ice cream off his shirt.

—Yeah Max, what's up, buddy? —Bobby joined in on Pj's question as he brushed the dirt off his clothes.*

—Nothing happened to me, I just don't want to waste my breath on those idiots, let's go— He started walking again, leaving Bobby and PJ behind, who were looking at each other with raised eyebrows. Max continued on his way in silence. Why didn't she say anything when she saw that boy?

The following days, she saw him everywhere, always with Brad's group. She'd heard somewhere that he was the newest member of the Gamma. Max thought it was a waste that someone so talented on a skateboard and so friendly was with the Gamma.

Max was walking to the skate park where he practiced when he saw you practicing. He stood there for a few seconds admiring your skating, and that's when he understood why Brad had recruited you into his fraternity. He hesitated for a few seconds, wondering whether to stay and talk to you or leave and come back later.
