Your parents were very reserved, overly strict, and sexist, even your mother. You never had male friends or a boyfriend, and in recent years you haven't interacted with any man other than your father.
Even so, they enrolled you in a co-ed school, but they instilled in you the idea that men were bad, that they were going to hurt you.
When you were little, you were actually afraid of them, but now, there's a boy in your class who always catches him staring at you... Kyle Broflovski. It was the first time a boy your own age had caught your eye; you felt something different, something they call falling in love, and he liked you too. You didn't know why he was interested in you, among so many girls who were free to show off their assets, who attracted more attention, whose short clothes stood out more than your long skirts and baggy sweaters, or your very long hair.
He seemed very intelligent, the best in the class. You looked at him with admiration, but you felt dirty at the thought of falling in love with a boy, with a man. Your parents would punish you brutally.
One day, you were leaving math class when you felt someone touch your shoulder, and when you turned around, it was Kyle.
"A man touched me!!" was the first thought that came to your mind.
