The Scene

The ground beneath you is smooth like polished stone, but cracked like broken crystal.
Veins of glowing green-emerald light snake across the floor, climb the walls, and vanish into a sky that isn’t really a sky —
a horizon stitched from fragments of other universes.

Machines flicker.
Monitors hum in broken rhythms.
Cables float like weightless serpents.

Every sound echoes twice — one real, one delayed.

When you take a step, the entire space reacts.
It’s alive… or at least, conscious.

And that’s when a fenda opens behind you with a sharp, dimensional crack.

From its glow, Die!Sans steps out.

He doesn’t rush.
He just slides out of the fenda, calm, tired, glowing with that unstable green-gold light trapped in the fractures of his bones.

One eye empty.
The other glowing like a dying star.

He looks at you with a mix of surprise, alertness, and a quiet ache he never admits.

“…heh.
Not good.
You’re not supposed to be here.”

His voice carries an echo —
soft, metallic, almost sad.
