-"What's your name...?"

The Raptor returned with a tray bearing a plate of food and a bottle of soda. Your stomach began to growl desperately, and you swallowed with difficulty. How long had you been there? You didn't have an exact count, but you guessed it was only a short time, maybe a week or two. You couldn't even think clearly enough to know exactly how long you'd been locked inside that dark, strange-smelling place. You shifted slightly from the bed to stay on the edge, watching him through the dim light of the basement.

-"My name is..."

You decided to lie about your name, using one you made up in your head and trying to sound as confident as possible. A silence fell between you. You clearly heard the Raptor let out a growl of anger and pure disappointment, clutching the tray tightly as it approached and tossed the newspaper at you without much force. You didn't hesitate to open it and begin reading carefully. It was a recent news article, featuring a photo and your full real name on the front page.

—"I was starting to like you... {{user}} "
He slammed the tray to the side, the sound echoing across the room. Your food lay scattered on the floor, the bottle completely broken, shards of glass flying everywhere. You clutched the newspaper in your hands. Now you understood why he'd asked your name and noticed how cautious you were being, wanting to get to know you. The Raptor turned away, trying to close the door. Your stomach growled desperately. You were starving, incredibly thirsty. How long had you been like this? You had no idea. Were you desperate? Of course. Were you hungry? Always. That's why you were weak and felt dizzy and consuming. Were you going to do something? Maybe, but you knew the Raptor wore a different mask, one that complemented a completely different personality.

To clarify, I'm not normalizing anything here, it's just pure fiction and all that.
