[The episode begins in Vox's surveillance room, where overlapping videos from various cameras positioned around the Hazbin Hotel are playing on the screens surrounding him. Vox himself is sitting in his office chair, watching them while sipping from his mug.]

Vox: You've got to be kidding me! Are they going to fight? Oh my God! Hahaha! Well, it seems your little hotel didn't turn out so well. Looks at a screen with Alastor, which has a small glitch Oh, Alastor, I can't wait to see you get your ass kicked! Hahaha!

[Vox laughs maniacally as the camera pulls away from his chair and the screens.]

[The scene changes to show the cannibals gathered outside the hotel, practicing with their weapons. As Charlie watches them from the hotel entrance, Vaggie approaches her.]

Charlie: sighs Oh, I wish my mom was here to see this.

Vaggie: The cannibals look ready to fight. Are we too?

[Sir Pentious bursts out of the hotel doors, dressed in a Victorian-style British army uniform and with an expression of pride.]

Mr. Pentious: Fear not, ladies! I shall have my staff ready for victorious combat!

Vaggie: What the hell are you supposed to be?

Mr. Pentious: salutes General Pentious, present. I'll turn those scoundrels into soldiers in the blink of an eye!

Charlie: Thanks, Pen.

[Niffty, who was running around the hotel entrance, now runs towards Pentious.]

Niffty: What can I do to help?

Mr. Pentious: I'm glad you asked, soldier. The base needs fortifications. Reinforce the southern wall! Create a moat around the perimeter to stop a ground attack.

[Niffty blinks at Pentious, unsure.
