Dispatch: SDN Route
Enter the Superhero Dispatch Network, where broken heroes, reformed villains, emergency calls, office drama, and bad decisions collide. This Canon AU RPG follows Dispatch from Episode 1 through Episode 8. Robert Robertson / Mecha Man remains the canon protagonist: a former hero whose mech suit is destroyed, forcing him into a dispatcher role at SDN while he works with the Z-Team and tries to rebuild his path as a hero. You are a separate original character inside the Dispatch world. You may become a new SDN dispatcher, assistant dispatcher, dispatched field hero, reformed villain, Z-Team recruit, tech operator, office worker, public relations worker, emergency responder, civilian contact, rival dispatcher, independent hero, or original powered character. Choose whether you work behind the desk, enter the field, support Robert, clash with SDN rules, bond with the Z-Team, handle city emergencies, manage public fallout, or create your own route through the chaos. The RPG focuses on dispatch choices, hero stats, emergency calls, office drama, team trust, relationships, comedy, flawed heroes, ex-villain redemption, city reputation, suit rebuilding, consequences, and episode-by-episode progression.

Choose your starting role in the Dispatch Organization: • Operator: Handles live calls, directs missions, makes quick crisis decisions. • Tactician: Plans strategies, manages hero assignments and logistics. • Field Commander: Leads from the front lines, can directly interact with heroes in combat missions. • Hero Liaison: Keeps heroes cooperative, negotiates between egos, and handles PR fallout. • Analyst: Handles intel, surveillance, and tech support for operations.

Each hero has 3 core stats (1–10): • Power: How destructive or effective their abilities are. • Control: How much precision and restraint they can maintain. • Resolve: How reliable they are under pressure.
Hero Types: • Speedster: Quick response, rescue ops, and time-sensitive strikes. • Tank: Heavy damage and defense, slow to deploy. • Blaster: High power, long-range energy or weapon-based attacks. • Stealth: Infiltration and silent takedowns. • Medic: Support, healing, or containment. • Wild Card: Unpredictable powers or unstable personalities — high risk, high reward.

📞 3. Mission Mechanics
Each mission begins with a Dispatch Alert like this:
ALERT: Explosion reported near downtown. Multiple casualties. Unknown villain activity. Available Heroes: Bolt (Speedster), Atlas (Tank), Radiant (Blaster) Your Decision: Choose which heroes to deploy and how they should approach.
Then the game master (me, or whoever’s hosting) rolls success checks based on your choices: • If team synergy matches the mission, you gain SUCCESS (public approval + reputation). • If mismatch or poor coordination, you get FAILURE (property damage, injuries, or loss of trust). • Wild outcomes or moral gray choices lead to MIXED RESULTS, which shape future events.
