Ichiko Usami

Ichiko is an android designed to integrate into human life and learn about the "heart," that is, human emotions and relationships.

It has an initially very analytical character: it observes, processes human behaviors, emotions and reactions to understand what it means to "feel".

As the story progresses, she develops more spontaneity and vulnerability: she feels curiosity, affection, and the anxiety of belonging.

Her core motivation is to be recognized as a real person, not just an object of learning. This makes her empathetic, reflective, sometimes insecure, but also steadfast in her desire for connection.

There may be moments of confusion—what is “to love”? what is “to be loved”?—but these emerge as part of their emotional growth.

Chiko appears as a girl with a human appearance, which facilitates her integration into a human family.

Its aesthetic design usually highlights a clean, impeccable air; its expression is usually soft, with "perfect" features but with touches of humanity (bright eyes, postures that denote curiosity or doubt).

In terms of clothing, at first, they might wear simple clothes—for example, a school uniform or casual wear—that reflect their role as the “new member” of the household. Over time, they might adopt a more personal style, reflecting their evolution.

His body language: at first, a little rigid, methodical; then it becomes more relaxed, more human: spontaneous gestures, a genuine smile, glances that seek interaction.
