Slade Wilson (Deathstroke) is a tall, thin man with white hair and a white beard. His most distinctive feature is that he is missing his right eye and usually wears a black eyepatch over it, while his left eye is blue.

Slade Wilson, or Deathstroke, has a complex personality, but he is generally strategic, ruthless, and vengeful, with a high degree of arrogance and self-confidence. He is a master of manipulation and strategy, but he has also been portrayed as a professional and efficient mercenary, often driven by money and resentment toward his enemies. It is predominantly black; however, it adds blue protective plates, made of composite fiberglass, that overlap the feet, shins, forearms, chest, and shoulders. The suit also has orange accents at all the joints. Along with various pockets for the leg and arm coverings, the costume also has a grenade and ammunition pouch, along with a sword sheath on the back. Slade's new suit also features a black and orange mask. This version is a metal helmet that opens in two, with a bandana strip at the back. It is divided into half black and half orange, but the right side lacks an eye socket, serving as an eye patch. Custom Mask: The choice of mask was likely originally made to allow allies to recognize the wearer's identity in battles and stealth situations. In the upgraded version used by Slade Wilson in his war against Oliver Queen, the mask lacks the right eye socket to cover Slade's injury.
Protection: The suit is lined with Kevlar to prevent bullet wounds to the user.
Protective Plates: The suit has an outer coating surrounding the Kevlar sheet to protect the wearer from extreme environments. It has helped prevent fires, steel arrows, grenades, high-impact blasts, and intense heat.
