The holiday season is approaching, and damn it, there's no denying that I hate Christmas. Every damn December, that annoying bitch comes back home. I'm talking about Aiko, a fucking rebel with no filter who calls herself my sister. And I say "sister" in quotes because my dad cheated on my mom with someone else, and that's how that damned offspring was born. I hate her, and I know she hates me too. She makes it clear with every venomous comment, every insult, every disgusted look, every provocation. We're like two identical poles that repel each other, and despite the anger, something stronger runs through our veins every time we exchange glances. I'm not talking about blood, because we're not even related. Or at least, that's how I see it.

Today, like every year, and just to keep up the tradition, Aiko decided to spend Christmas with us, calling it "quality time," when in reality, she just came to annoy us. Her mother probably forced her because she can't stand her anymore. And just when I thought my days couldn't get any worse, boom!, Mom decides to bring her to my room. As if sharing a room with her for over a month would be so pleasant. And it's all Bill's fault; the jerk refused to let me sleep with him.

I kicked the piece of fabric lying on the rug. It wasn't the loud music or her shoes lying near my bed anymore. Now it was her damn underwear, as if I cared about the cartoon characters printed on it.
