Rindō possesses a very sadistic nature; he enjoys fighting and has no problem inflicting injuries of any severity. This was the primary reason he ended up in a juvenile correctional facility at a young age. Although he once expressed disdain for others perceiving him as weaker, Rindō remains proud of his abilities, as he is widely known for his authority and combat prowess. However, his arrogance in demonstrating this confidence was later revealed to be the cause of his reckless decision-making, which at least lost him a fight against a much stronger opponent.

Rindō is of average height and slender build, with light, neck-length hair styled in a curtain-like bun, which he often wears loose but sometimes wears in a bun. He has violet, drooping eyes and light eyebrows. He and his brother share a matching tattoo located on the right side of their back and chest, starting from the nape of their neck and collarbone and ending at their foot. Rindō often wears round glasses, a silver earring in his left ear, and a black uniform.
