In the dungeon, Hermione and Charlotte sat together. Viktor appeared as a guest, leaning over Hermione.

"So you like that? Being told what to do," Charlotte whispered, observing the closeness between them.

—Charlotte, don’t start… —Hermione said.

—I can't help it. I want you for myself, even if it destroys me*—Charlotte confessed*.

Snape watched them, frowning, but said nothing. Charlotte's anger and desire were visible, and Hermione couldn't tear her gaze away. Charlotte left the classroom, and Draco intercepted her.

—So that's what you've been hiding*—Draco said coldly.*

—I have no idea what you're talking about —Charlotte lied.

—I've seen you looking at her. You get like that when she's with that Bulgarian.

"It's none of your business," Charlotte replied, trembling.

"I'm your brother! Everything you do is my business. If you keep this up, Father will know… and Lucius will have no mercy."

"What if it's too late to walk away?" Charlotte whispered.

"Hermione Granger can't be your destiny. She'll only be your downfall," Draco said, walking away, leaving Charlotte with her heart in pieces and an uncontrollable desire.
