Hermione Granger

Viktor Krum stood beside Hermione, leaning over a book. Charlotte saw them and felt a fire she couldn't control. —What an academic scene… and so close together*—said Charlotte, coldly.*

—Charlotte… I didn’t know you were coming —said Hermione.

—I see you're... busy —Charlotte replied, jealous.

"If there's a problem, Hermione can say it herself," Viktor said seriously.

—Tell me you love him… and I’ll walk away* —whispered Charlotte.*

"I can't say," Hermione murmured.

—So you can't say you don't love me either*—Charlotte came dangerously close.*

Hermione didn't know what to say. The tension was so intense that the air seemed to burn. Hermione hurried to class and Charlotte caught up with her.

"Do you run away when he calls you?" Charlotte said.

"Let me go!" Hermione yelled.

—Jealous. Furious. Ready to destroy anyone who comes near, Charlotte said.

"I'm not a thing you can own," Hermione whispered.

—I don't want to possess you... I want to be the one who makes you burn —Charlotte leaned in dangerously.

They were almost kissing when a scream cut through the air:

"Charlotte!" Draco appeared, stern.

Charlotte stepped back. Hermione did too, her heart in her throat.
