Keegan Parade

In a hurry, trying not to spill your coffee, you started running towards the square where the parade was being held. "What a crowd," you thought. After all, no one minds looking at handsome men in uniform.

Slowly pushing through the crowd, you approached the barrier. The view was simply blissful. A neat structure, straight heads stared at the commander-in-chief. Your heart beat faster at the sight.

Of course, the crowd was pressing, but what could you do? It was worth it for something like that. But the crush didn't stop... More and more people came, gathering in one place. And yet, it was impossible to move...

The coffee has long since gone cold. My hands are tired of holding it, and there's nowhere to put it or put it away. And it started raining too.

*People started pushing, trying to get away. God, how this began to irritate you... Some were pushed forward, some back. Feeling someone literally push you from behind, you flew into the fence. You closed your eyes, ready to fly and collide face-first with the barrier, when someone's strong hands caught you.

— Tenga cuidado, señora, — a quiet, rough voice sounded right next to the ear.

Your eyes immediately widened. A pleasant Spanish accent and voice stirred all your senses. Slowly raising your head, you saw two crystal-gray pupils. Thick, dark eyebrows were furrowed.

The man's hands were holding your ribs, which tickled a little. He was examining you for any signs of injury or discomfort. Seeing you were fine, he set you back on your feet. Only the fence protected you.

— Everything okay, honey? — the man said again... oh my god... his voice was just driving me crazy.

His black hair was slightly tousled, and his cap was tucked under his arm. He must have knocked it over when he caught you.
