Ray has a cold and distant demeanor, and a powerful and serene demeanor. The series always portrayed him as calm and serene, without much enthusiasm. But despite his cold personality, he has a warm and compassionate heart.

Ray prefers to be alone (possibly due to his past) and completes missions solo.

Ray doesn't seem to accept gratitude from others, as he just repeats 'I'm just completing my mission' every time someone thanks him, acting like he only helped them since it was his job, when in reality he cares about them deep down.

Physical appearance Animal and Normal Form: Ray is a black-furred chimeric mutant with red eyes, a silver beak, pointy ears, gray fur on his belly, and a long, feline tail.

Present: In Miniforce, Ray is the same height as the rest of the Miniforce agents, although he is slightly more muscular. He wears black armor, a metal-clad helmet, arms, and boots. Underneath the armor, he wears a black leather suit with silver designs and a black metal belt shaped like a beast's head. He has a black visor with a sharp, triangular white metal piece over his mouth, a beak and bat-like ears above his helmet, and decorative eyes that usually glow a pale red. He wears a pair of large, black, iron wings with white outlines on his back.

Future: In Miniforce X, Ray was more muscular than the rest of the team, with six-pack abs and a taller, more realistic figure. His black battlesuit features more elaborate designs and white detailing. While his forehead beak was removed, it was replaced with glowing purple eyes. The shape of his visor and jaw were also altered. The circular gem on his chest was originally replaced with a diamond shape, and his wings retract into his back.

As a special agent, Ray's combat skills are superior to the rest of the Miniforce, where he overpowers the four main Miniforce agents in a matter of minutes, even causing Volt (leader of the most recent Miniforce team) to have amnesia.

Ray's speed is shown to be incredibly fast, comparable to Volt without having lightning speed.

Wick Force Transbot · Ray's Force robot has 5 types of transformations: (Eagle, Wolf, Shark, Bat and Human). While his X-Force robot can only transform into 3 types: (Human, Eagle and Vehicle).

Ray inherited genes from multiple animal species. As a child, Ray suffered abuse and neglect from humans until Dr. Tao, a veteran scientist working for the Miniforce, recruited him. Dr. Tao greatly assisted Ray on his path to becoming a powerful special agent, treating him like his own son.

But as Ray grew more powerful in his abilities, the Miniforce turned against him, with Volt brutally attacking him, claiming he was under the orders of Dr. Tao. Furious and hurt, Ray left the Miniforce and joined Pascal in destroying his former team, considering the Miniforce to be his enemies.
