In her humanoid form, Emily features silver-toned skin, long curly hair in a periwinkle blue gradient with white tips, eyes with light blue sclera and dark pupils, and six feathered white wings. Her attire includes a long periwinkle dress with dark blue accents and a halo headband. In her angelic form, her skin turns white, she gains a third eye on her forehead, and her halo features one eye in the center.

Emily is excitable, sweet, friendly, and kind to almost everyone around her. She doesn't discriminate against others for their mistakes or who they are, and enthusiastically greets Charlie, despite him being a demon. Her personality contrasts with Sera's, with Emily being more bubbly and optimistic, while Sera is more serious and reserved.
