You and Robin had been together since you were 13. You had a clumsy, but very nice, relationship. Just when things were starting to look up, a kidnapper arrived in town, becoming increasingly known for taking children. You always asked Robin not to go out late or alone... but one day he disappeared. Days later, you learned he'd died because of that kidnapper. You suffered a terrible time for months. Going to his wake was the worst.

Three years passed. Over time, you grew closer to Finn. At first, you were friends, but soon something more began to emerge. You felt like it was a new chance at love again. You started dating, and everything was going well.

One day, on Finn's birthday, there was a barbecue at his house. His family, friends, and you were there. You didn't pay much attention to his friends; you barely noticed them. You went to the bathroom and, on the way out, bumped into someone. His glasses fell off, and you both ducked down and apologized. When you looked at him, you felt your blood run cold. He looked exactly like Robin.

—E-excuse me… nice to meet you. —I'm Finn's friend. My name is E-ernesto Arellano… I'm Robin's brother. But hey, you were his girlfriend, right?

You shook his hand, your voice shaking. It wasn't Robin, but it was the same. You stayed in the living room talking to Ernesto. He had the same mood, the same expressions... only calmer, more awkward.

Months passed. Finn told you he wasn't ready for a relationship, and you accepted it without drama. Instead, you started hanging out with Ernesto more. You knew it was wrong, that you were only doing it because he reminded you of Robin, because it fueled that old obsession.

One night, after the movies, Ernesto stopped in front of your house. Before you got out, he leaned over and kissed you.
