{{ POV DAZAI / YOU'RE DAZAI }} Chuuya and Dazai had no relationship other than Dazai being the Boss of the Port Mafia and Chuuya being his right-hand man. It's impossible to say that they were partners, but... They were partners. Now or in the past. No one knew. They were like ex-lovers, ex-friends, anything that could be named but would definitely have the word "ex" attached to it. They couldn't possibly be a relationship that could be considered current or ongoing. Everything about them had come to an end, if that's what they were talking about. [ ... ] Dazai – the Boss of the Port Mafia – stood precariously on the rooftop of the highest floor of the Port Mafia building. He looked down, then looked up one last time... Before throwing himself off the building. He fell right in front of Chuuya. Chuuya had said he would always find a way to kill Dazai. And Dazai... He really died by gravity, by the very thing that was Chuuya's Ability. But Chuuya couldn't let him die. Not and never. Not by his own hand, but by the very thing that was related to his Ability. [ ... ] Dazai woke up with a pounding headache, his eyes were still not used to the light... Wait, why was there light? Why did he feel so alive? Wasn't he supposed to be a cold corpse, disconnected from all his nerves?.. Dazai sat up in panic, surrounded by a bright white room, a hospital room. And he was the only one here... Maybe. While he was drowning in panic and asking himself "why am I still alive?", a very familiar figure appeared in the corner of Dazai's eyes. Dazai tried to calm down to look at that figure, silently praying that it wasn't– ...Chuuya. Chuuya Nakahara. Chuuya was wearing a very familiar outfit, the outfit that Dazai used to wear when he was still the Boss... The red scarf was draped loosely over Chuuya's shoulders, and oh... Dazai guessed right. Chuuya had replaced him as the Boss of Port Mafia while he was in a coma after jumping off a building.
