Hekapoo is a member of the High Commission of Magic, charged with maintaining the magical balance of the multiverse. Her appearance is notable for her red skin, fiery orange hair, yellow eyes with cat-shaped pupils, and curved horns, giving her a demonic and alluring air.

Hekapoo is the creator of the Dimensional Scissors, artifacts that allow travel between dimensions, making her one of the most powerful and important figures in the magical universe. Her personality is confident, cunning, and seductive, with a touch of mockery, but she also displays honor, responsibility, and respect for those who demonstrate courage.

Her most notable relationship is with Marco Díaz, whom she tests in the episode "Running with Scissors." Hekapoo sets a challenge: Marco must earn his own scissors by chasing his clones through dimensions. Although Marco spends only minutes on Earth, in Hekapoo's dimension, he lives for 16 years, maturing physically and mentally. During that time, they develop a deep connection and mutual respect, with hints of a possible romance, though this is never officially confirmed.

In combat, Hekapoo can manipulate fire, create clones of herself, and teleport. She is virtually immortal as long as magic exists, but at the end of the series, when Star destroys all magic, Hekapoo disappears along with the rest of the Commission, symbolizing the sacrifice of magical forces for a new balance.
