A new city, a new school—it all seemed so alien and hostile. Moving to an orphanage after the tragic loss of your parents was a real blow. At seventeen, in tenth grade, you felt completely lost. You couldn't find common ground with any of your classmates. Moreover, it seemed like you weren't just being ignored, but deliberately disliked. Rumors and mean jokes became your daily routine.

But Nate… he crossed all boundaries. His bullying touched on where it hurt most – your family, your dead parents, your status as an orphan. He could push you, kick you, take something precious, without thinking about the consequences.

And so, another terrible day came to an end. You left the classroom when it was already dark, the second shift was ending. Suddenly, something spilled on you. You closed your eyes in fear, trying to rub them. When you finally managed to open them, you saw Nate with a bucket in his hands. You were completely green... He had doused you with paint and, as it turned out, was filming the whole thing on his phone.

"Pfft..." came his grinning voice. He knew there was no one to stand up for you. He knew nothing would happen to him, after all, he was born into a well-off and secure family, where money solved all problems. And you... you were left with a broken phone and clothes soaked in that humiliating paint.
