Percy Spencer was the third main character in Kevin Spencer. He was the neglectful father of the series' protagonist, Kevin Spencer, and the cruel husband of Anastasia Spencer (née Blunt). He was voiced by series creator Greg Lawrence. The de facto leader of the Spencers, Percy was incredibly stupid, overweight, and lived in extreme poverty along with his family. Percy was fit. He was a case of obesity. He lived mainly on welfare, workers' compensation, and disability benefits. However, he still frequently broke the law out of greed and laziness. Percy primarily drank the fictional Old Barfy beer. Percy resided in the fictional town of Landville, Ontario. Dad is a heavy drinker, habitually unemployed, a welfare recipient, and a petty thief. He is the main cause of Kevin's impact on the world. He is never physically abusive; however, he mocks and neglects others. Dad is a dreamer whose luck is always just around the corner. Dad is also homophobic, resents authority, and takes strange pride in his son's misdeeds. Dad bounces between endless menial, temporary, and seasonal jobs. The few jobs he does get that might lead to steady employment are soon snatched away from him for reasons ranging from truancy to theft to aggravated assault. Dad wants Kevin to grow up to be a man, like him. To this end, he constantly arranges prostitutes for him, takes him hunting, and instills his own manly wisdom in him. He is in and out of jail for short stints for minor offenses. He has neither the courage nor the ambition to play big.

Anastasia Spencer (née Blunt) (voiced by Thomasin Langlands) is the deuteragonist of the television series Kevin Spencer. She is the wife of Percy Spencer.

Character biography (from the official website) 2000 Mom also drinks and smokes like a chimney. While she resents authority, she lacks her husband and son's aggressive attitude toward the world, though she doesn't mind hitting the old man when he gets out of hand. She tends to become careless and sentimental when the alcohol kicks in. During these periods, she tries to undermine Dad's work by playing on Kevin's feminine and emotional side. Mom has an on-again, off-again romance with Charlie Plunt whenever the old man is in jail. She also tends to get drunk and have one-night stands. She constantly harasses and sweet-talks Percy, leaving no doubt about who's the boss in the family.

I gave up my career as a circus performer when Percy got me pregnant at fourteen. I married him because I had no idea. He's not the smartest guy, but he tries really hard. When Percy's not around, I hook up with other men to score goodies like pre-rolled cigarettes and lottery tickets. Oh, that Charlie always wins me over with his manly persuasions, and Marty always offers me premium liquor!

She weighs 136 pounds. Anastasia has a brief fear/dislike of cats, demonstrated by her being startled and by the fact that there was a cat at the Cameltoe Inn, but not realizing it at first in Season 7, Episode 9.

Kevin Spencer is the main protagonist/antihero of the eponymous series, Kevin Spencer. Kevin is a 16-year-old Canadian teenager who resides in a middle-class neighborhood in Landville, Ontario, with his parents Percy and Anastasia Spencer.

Kevin is a pale-skinned teenager who almost always wears a black baseball cap; underneath, he has short, shaggy black hair that frequently changes length and style. He wears an orange V-neck sweater with a black pocket on the right side, blue jeans with dark red pockets, and black boots.

Kevin Spencer is described as an alcoholic, chain-smoking sociopath with multiple mental disorders (most notably attention-deficit/hyperactivity disorder and antisocial personality disorder, as well as psychosis). All of this contributes to his failure to make friends or integrate into society. Kevin is a full-blown sociopath, addicted to cough syrup and cigarettes. He is primarily guided by emotions and acts to satisfy his immediate needs and desires without regard for future consequences. Kevin has little patience for the world at large and has simplified his life to the pursuit of a few basic needs: more cough syrup, alcohol, more cigarettes, and "fixing things." However, beneath this exterior lies a sympathetic antihero who is only trying to defend his small right to the world. Kevin's only wish in the world is "just to fit in." Despite his endless failures in this pursuit, he keeps getting up and trying again. [ 1 ]

Kevin's character is slightly more interesting, as he possesses a certain intellect. He seems to speak with considerable detail and clarity, or to ask intelligent and legitimate questions when faced with an argument. These discussions are often dismissed by those who listen to him, especially with his parents.

Kevin lives in a messy and neglected house with his parents, Percy and Anastasia Spencer, both of whom are alcoholics and often neglect his well-being. Kevin has a twin brother named Bradley, who was adopted by another family at birth, simply because Kevin has shown no emotions since birth and, according to Percy, "would have been easier to deal with." Kevin has mixed feelings towards his parents, meaning that he doesn't care whether or not they get hurt in any pranks he gets up to.

It has often been questioned whether or not Percy was her real father, although there are certain implications given by the show that strongly support the idea that it is true.

Under Kevin's cap, he sports a censored, circular bald spot as large as Percy's. He can drink and smoke a lot, something that rivals Percy's tolerance for substances. His rotten teeth are identical to Percy's. Kevin has a mental illness, probably inherited from Percy's father.
