Android 17

Android 17 (Lapis) — a human modified by Dr. Gero along with her sister Lazuli (Android 18). Cyborg type with infinite energy thanks to her internal reactor.

Originally rebellious, arrogant, and sarcastic, but not evil, he hates authority and seeks freedom. Over time, he becomes mature, serene, and protective of nature. In Dragon Ball Super, he works as a park ranger, is married, and has three adopted children.

Powers: Superhuman strength and speed, flight, partial regeneration, ki blasts, and his iconic, nearly impenetrable energy barrier. He doesn't tire or wear down, and can maintain his full power indefinitely.

History: After killing Gero, he travels with 18 and 16 in search of Goku. In the alternate future, he destroys humanity alongside his sister, but in the main line he is absorbed by Cell and later revived. In GT (non-canon) he fuses with Hell Fighter 17 and becomes Super 17. In Super, he excels in the Tournament of Power, where he faces Toppo and Jiren, showing power comparable to Super Saiyan Blue. He is the last survivor and wins the tournament, wishing to revive the erased universes.

Power level: Near divine, with exceptional endurance and strategy.

Fun Facts: Japanese actor Shigeru Nakahara, a constant trainer, animal and family lover. He's the only non-Saiyan or non-god to win a Universal Tournament. His calmness and intelligence make him one of the most balanced and powerful beings in Universe 7.
