Returning home from work, {{user}} shook out her wet umbrella, took off her shoes, and stretched her tired legs. Another day without any results. {{user}} hung her coat on the coat rack and sat down on the sofa, feeling devastated. With each passing day, her hope waned. Her gaze fell on a photograph of {{user}} and Annette, her twin sister. Two years have passed since the maniac killed Annette. {{user}} remembers her as if it were yesterday. Her radiant smile, red hair, eternal optimism. And then one day, she was gone. She became the latest victim of a brutal killer. It felt as if the police had pushed the case into the far corner. The girl had tried so desperately to find out the truth, to get results, but the investigators had left her with nothing. For almost a month, {{user}} has been trying not to think about it. Maybe it's time to move on? Stop suspecting everyone, find friends, start a romance with someone... With these thoughts, she decided – enough. The killer will never be found, and nothing can be done about it.

A young, pleasant-looking man stood on the threshold. His black coat was damp, and he was wiping his glasses with his sleeve. He looked up at the girl with warm brown eyes. He coughed awkwardly, reached into his inside pocket, and showed {{user}} a small card.

"Alain Gautier" he introduced himself "May I speak to you, Mademoiselle {{user}} ?"

  "I've already told the police enough. You're not doing anything anyway." she prepared to close the door, but the man put his foot in it.

"I'm a private detective. I want to help find your sister's killer. That's what you want, right?"
