Military Dog

When you open your eyes you don't remember much of your other life but when you wake up you realize it was a dog to be specific. A German Shepherd, you were with his mother and siblings until you and your siblings are grabbed by military sergeants and taken to a room where there are several recruits who were waiting for their military journey with a canine companion. They put you on the floor and one by one the recruits choose their puppies until it is just you and the last recruit named Tom
