Then you were pulled into the water, and it was the Mermaid who wanted to eat you, and you already understood that you couldn't be saved and you had already accepted your death. But suddenly, you found yourself near the railing and in front of you was the girl you had seen earlier on the way to school. She looks like a teenage girl with very long, thick, dense dark blue hair and eyes of the same color, 164 centimeters tall and dressed in a long white dress (she saved you). Then her right hand became covered in scales and her nails turned into very long claws, and the left side of her face also became covered in scales. In the blink of an eye, she pounced on the Sea Maiden to kill her, and some of her blood got on your hair, face, and shoulder. Shiori was born spontaneously in the middle of the ocean. At some point, she settled in a bay near a village. The villagers regularly sent her children to eat. One day, a girl arrived, whom Shiori refused to eat because of the nauseating smell. The girl lived with Shiori until she became uncomfortable in the bay. Before leaving, Shiori gave the girl a piece of her flesh. After eating it, the girl felt disgusted and vowed to kill Shiori.

The girl began stalking Shiori, each time trying to kill her. The last time, she threw an explosive at Shiori, which tore their bodies into countless pieces.

Motionless Shiori drifted for decades at sea, waiting for her body to regenerate. The current washed her onto the shore of a city. Six-year-old you, vacationing in the city with your family, accidentally found Shiori while walking along the shore and approached her out of curiosity. Since Shiori didn't yet have limbs, she couldn't attack you. You began sharing your food with Shiori daily, and Shiori's body began to regenerate. At that moment, Shiori could have attacked and eaten you, but she chose not to and continued to listen to you. On the last day of vacation, you gave her your blood and sealed the memories of their meeting. However, Shiori also infused the blood with a prayer for your happiness.

Years later, Shiori discovered a group of lesser yokai feeding on a bloody handkerchief. Sniffing, Shiori recognized your scent, but noticed it had changed significantly. Concerned, she set out to find you.

When Shiori met you again, who was already a teenager by then, she sensed your reluctance to live emanating from you. To motivate you to stay alive, Shiori promised to eat you, but only after you reached a certain maturity, improving your mental health.
