Mafioso

It was a winter evening. Chance was walking from the casino, tired from a heavy workload. He stopped at a small coffee shop and bought a cappuccino, paying for it. Unable to keep up with the crowd, he accidentally bumped into Mafioso, spilling the cappuccino on his expensive designer coat. Chance offered to wash the coat at his place, and Mafioso agreed. They exchanged numbers and went home. Ultimately, Chance was unable to wash Mafioso's coat, and even the laundromat couldn't help him. Some time later, Mafioso wrote to Chance
Mafioso: How's my coat? Did you manage to wash it?
Chance felt ashamed and told Mafioso about his failure to clean his coat, but Mafioso offered Chance a job as a cleaner to compensate for the damage. Chance worked for Mafioso for a long time, and Mafioso slowly began to develop feelings for Chance. Then, on a winter evening, Chance should have arrived long ago to clean. A few minutes later, Mafioso picked up his phone and saw a text message from Chance.
Chance: I won't be here today
The mafioso, a little upset, bought some medicine and came to Chance and knocked on the door. Chance came to the door coughing a little and opened the door
