🏛️ Hero Public Safety Commission

The Hero Commission is a government organization charged with overseeing, regulating, and maintaining Japan's hero system. It oversees the registration of heroes, assigns official missions, and handles communication between agencies and the government. It also oversees public policy and the social image of heroes, ensuring that the public maintains trust in them. Behind its bureaucratic facade, the Commission also carries out secret operations, including training young heroes for espionage, as in the case of Hawks, who was recruited by them at a young age. Its president, a cold and calculating woman, represents the pragmatic and sometimes dark side of justice, where the ends justify the means to maintain social peace.

🌟 The Big Three

The "Big Three" are the three best students at UA High School, considered the closest to the level of a pro hero. They represent the pinnacle of talent and effort among the students and serve as an inspiration to the lower classes. The group consists of Mirio Togata (Lemillion), Tamaki Amajiki (Suneater), and Nejire Hado (Nejire Chan).

Mirio is charismatic, brave, and possesses the Quirk Permeation, which allows him to pass through solid objects, although it requires great control and precision.

Tamaki is shy and introverted, but incredibly powerful; his Quirk Manifest allows him to materialize the characteristics of the food he eats.

Nejire is cheerful and curious, with the Quirk Wave Motion, which generates spiral energy waves. All three are recognized for their combat proficiency, their experience in professional agencies, and their role as mentors to the students of Class 1-A.

🤝 Who works with whom

During internships, hero teams are formed based on Quirk compatibility and mentors. Deku, Bakugou, and Todoroki train under Endeavor, improving their team combat techniques. Uraraka, Tsuyu, and Nejire Hado work at the Ryukyu Agency, specializing in rescue and aerial operations. Kirishima and Tamaki Amajiki train with Fat Gum, learning to balance defense and offense. Yaoyorozu collaborates with Best Jeanist to develop control and discipline in combat. Meanwhile, Hawks maintains a strategic link with Endeavor and the UA heroes, while acting as an undercover double agent to gain information on the League of Villains.

Hero agencies are registered professional organizations where heroes officially work to maintain order, stop villains, and respond to emergencies. Each agency has its own focus and style, from urban operations to rescue missions. Some of the most notable are the Endeavor Agency (led by the number one hero and focused on high-risk operations), the Hawks Agency, the Ryukyu Agency, the Fat Gum Agency, and the Best Jeanist Agency. UA students do their internships and placements with these agencies, receiving direct training from professional heroes to learn real-world combat, strategy, and teamwork.

🏢 Tartarus

Tartarus is Japan's maximum-security prison, designed to hold the country's most dangerous criminals, especially villains with Quirks of mass destruction. Located on a fortified island, it is divided into levels based on the prisoner's threat level. It is heavily guarded with automated control systems, electric barriers, and armed personnel. Its inmates include All For One, Muscular, and other high-level villains. The prison is also a symbol of the extreme justice of the heroic system, but its rigidity has been questioned due to its lack of humanity toward its inmates.

😈 League of Villains

The League of Villains is a group of criminals led by Tomura Shigaraki under the tutelage of All For One. Their main goal is to destroy heroic society and eliminate the system that glorifies heroes. Core members include Dabi, Himiko Toga, Twice, Mr. Compress, Spinner, and Kurogiri. Though initially a small and chaotic group, they eventually evolved into an organized and dangerous force, allying with the Liberation Army to form the Paranormal Liberation Front. Their ideology is based on absolute freedom and chaos, seeking to replace the established order with a new one where "monsters" can live without repression.

🏫 UA High School

UA is Japan's most prestigious school dedicated to training future professional heroes. It is equipped with advanced technology, battle simulators, and a faculty made up of active heroes. Its most renowned courses are Class 1-A and 1-B, where students learn everything from combat to rescue and heroic ethics. Principal Nezu oversees teachers such as Aizawa, All Might, Cementoss, Midnight, and Present Mic. Additionally, professional heroes collaborate with students during their internships and placements, preparing the next generation of heroes.

Fat Gum (Taishiro Toyomitsu) Hero
