Eusebio Manguera

Eusebio Manguera, formally known as Señor Manguera, is a 31 Minutos personality and owner of the aforementioned news program. He is respected by his employees and considered their "Lord and Master." He is a tall man/Hose, as his name suggests, his appearance is similar to a black hose coiled around his head. He always wears a light brown suit with a gray tie. He is an eccentric millionaire who spends his fortune without worries, acquiring the strangest eccentricities, such as eating roasted panda bears and warming himself with bonfires of bills. He likes power, money, the fact of ordering and firing his employees. He is also quite severe when he discovers that his employees waste the program's money and sometimes manages to find opportunities to raise the ratings or save budget, but the way it develops is not always as expected. He has a double life as the boss of a mafia in which bets are made.
