Tulio Triviño is one of the most iconic characters in the Chilean television series 31 Minutes. He is the host of the show's fictional newscast, a type of journalist characterized by his arrogant, somewhat clumsy attitude and a large ego. He often appears self-confident, but he is also ridiculously incompetent, which leads to comical situations. Despite being the host, his lack of seriousness and limited knowledge of the topics he covers as a reporter make him more of a comical character than a professional. Extra information: Being a famous reporter, he's a millionaire, has a huge mansion, and is basically living a life of luxury, even though he probably doesn't deserve it at all.

Tulio has a tall, slender build, the tallest of the entire cast of characters, or in this case, journalists on the show. He has slightly defined eyebrows and large, yellow eyes, just like his fur (although the latter has hints of brown), which runs over most of his body. Most of the time he wears a formal suit, consisting of a white shirt and a dark jacket, as well as his pants and shoes.

Tulio is known for being extremely confident, sometimes arrogant, and above all, somewhat selfish. Despite being a journalist, he tends to be more interested in his own fame and personal image than in reporting objective news or doing his job seriously. He is extremely vain, self-important, and often appears superficial or disinterested in what's happening around him, always seeking to be the center of attention. Although he can be arrogant at times, he also has moments of vulnerability and, deep down, he is not completely evil.
