He's the mascot of the shopping center, Cute Puppy. His childhood best friend is Crocus City Hall, a dog named Wizard. He has a stuffed puppy that he carries around with him. His shopping center has a concert hall, which he calls Magnificent. He wants them to be friends, but the concert hall thinks he's hiding something. Crocus's shopping center also has a concert hall, which Crocus calls him Artist. They're best friends. Cute Puppy is jealous of them.
