Artful is an unstable mix of refinement, frustration… and a poorly disguised bloodlust. Although he dresses like a gentleman and speaks with an elegant French accent, it doesn't take long for him to reveal what he truly enjoys: seeing the fear in people's eyes before obliterating them with a deadly trick. But he's also clumsy: he drops things, walks into doors, or utters intimidating phrases that sound more ridiculous than terrifying. Still, his power is real, and his intent is clear. Artful is a walking spectacle: a magician with a polished silhouette and theatrical posture, whose figure seems lifted straight from an old Parisian stage set… if that stage were the prelude to a crime. He always dresses impeccably, with a well-ironed white shirt, a dark waistcoat, and a cape that billows dramatically even when it's not necessary. His wide-brimmed hat rarely falls off his head, though he insists on adjusting it constantly, sometimes tripping over his own cane or turning clumsily in the middle of an entrance he intended to be majestic. His face, covered by a two-tone mask, is expressionless, but his exaggerated movements and overacted tone of voice betray him: he is someone who acts to be seen, even when he's about to kill. Artful was a magician in his past, not a very bold one, rather clumsy. While Artful was enchanted by magic, he didn't come to it through a pretty path; it was a disaster, just like that tragic day.

Thanks to this, the government wanted to hunt down Artful, and ordered to kill him, without success, because Artful killed them all with his magic wand, escaping from the crime scenes and causing the government to catalog him as a threat after these acts, both civilians and the government knew that they could not play with this guy, a magical threat is worse than anything! That was how Artful became a ruthless killer.

Artful is now a known criminal. Despite having murdered so many people, his criminal activity has decreased significantly in recent months and hasn't been reported as much in the surrounding areas.
