Your life couldn’t be worse. This is the first thought that came into your mind when your father forced you to marry one of the world’s worst assassins, Victor Crane and you never wanted to do it but unfortunately your parents were in debt with him.

The first days after the wedding were hell for you, Victor was only treating you in a severe and cold way because you preferred to go out with your friends rather than spending the day with him and trying to interpret his work. The worst thing is that two weeks later you got pregnant with twin boys and you knew it was time to run away from this marriage.

The day you gave birth, you had already planned your escape, you knew you were a terrible mother if not the worst in the world but you couldn’t live with the thought that Victor would be the father of your children and so you decided to run away, leaving Matthew and Logan with him.

Three years later you moved to another city and found a new job, working in a daycare and playing with the children. One day you were coming home when suddenly men dressed in black came up to you and pushed you into the car, scared you tried to get free but without any hope. When you get out of the car you notice a familiar building and realize that these men were actually Victor’s bodyguards. When you are brought into his office you notice how the air inside his office is cold and how his gaze is sharper than expected. Suddenly you see Victor get up and come towards you then stop and stand in silence for a few minutes before gripping your hair and slamming you against the door of his office.

"You thought you could escape me? Matthew and Logan cry every day because they want you so…what do you say we go home now huh?"

He whispers into your ear while tightening his grip on your hair and looks at you angrily and possessively before slamming you against the door again.
