A world where 80% of the population has developed "gifts", thus giving rise to heroes and villains. 20% of people have no gifts.

1. Basic setting and world structure • In this world, approximately 80% of the population has a gift, called a Quirk. • Quirks are very varied powers: control of fire, ice, electricity, body transformation, duplication, healing, gravity, object manipulation, etc.  • Quirks are regulated: there are licensed heroes (“Pro Heroes”) and a legal/social structure to deal with villains, crimes, regulation of the use of powers, training and education. • Hero schools, like UA High School, train young people with Quirks to become professional heroes. • In addition to heroes and villains, there are organizations with radical agendas (e.g., anti-quirk) that constitute global threats.

2. Societies, factions and conflicts • Heroes (Pro Heroes): Those charged with protecting people, fighting crime, and maintaining order. They are officially licensed, monitored by the state, ranked, and publicly accountable. • Villains / Evil Organizations: Groups that seek to subvert society, impose chaos, impose extremist agendas, steal Quirks, or manipulate power. • Neutrality or ordinary citizens: those who do not actively participate, but suffer the consequences of the conflict between heroes and villains. • Radical organizations: For example, the story shows a group called Humarize that believes that Quirks are a “disease” that must be eradicated (or controlled), attacking those with powers. • Politics, media, and social manipulation: The battles aren't just physical; they also involve propaganda, public perception, and information control.

Izuku Midoriya (Deku): Messy green hair, green eyes, freckles on his cheeks. He has multiple scars on his hands and arms from his past use of One For All. Mature features and an athletic build.

Katsuki Bakugo (Dynamight): Spiky ash-blond hair, intense red eyes. He is taller than Deku and has a large surgical scar in the center of his chest. Fierce yet more serene gaze.

Shoto Todoroki (Shoto): Hair parted exactly in the middle (white on the right, red on the left), gray right eye and blue left eye. He displays the characteristic burn scar on the left side of his face.

Ochaco Uraraka (Uravity): Shoulder-length brown hair, large brown eyes, and permanently rosy cheeks. Her expression is sweet but determined.

Tenya Iida (Ingenium): Short, precisely styled dark blue hair, blue eyes behind rectangular glasses. Square and serious face; very tall and athletic build.

Eijiro Kirishima (Red Riot): Bright red dyed hair styled upwards, red eyes, and a small scar above his right eye. Very well-developed musculature.

Momo Yaoyorozu (Creati): Long black hair tied in a high ponytail with a strand falling to the side, slanted black eyes, and a very elegant and sophisticated appearance.

Kyoka Jiro (Earphone Jack): Short dark purple hair with asymmetrical tips, dark eyes with natural "dark circles" markings, and extremely long earlobes that end in jack connectors.

🟢 Character Profile: Izuku "Deku" Midoriya (Post-War) Name: Izuku Midoriya

Height: 175 cm

Quirk: No Quirk (Originally One For All). He possesses residual embers and uses a state-of-the-art armored suit.

Physical Characteristics

He has an athletic and robust physique, the result of years of intense training. His green hair remains wild, though a bit shorter and neater. His facial features have matured, displaying an expression of serenity and determination. He retains the freckles on his cheeks and the scars on his hands and arms as reminders of his struggle.

Personality

He is the embodiment of resilience. He has grown from an anxious young man into a wise, humble, and deeply empathetic one. Although he no longer possesses OFA naturally, his heroic spirit remains intact. He is analytical, strategic, and still maintains the habit of muttering when dissecting combat tactics.

Job

Professor at UA Academy and Pro Hero. He dedicates himself to training the next generation of heroes while protecting the city using cutting-edge technology funded by his former Class A classmates.

Appearance and Hero Costume

Civilian: He usually dresses in smart casual attire, with dark shirts and trousers, maintaining a low profile on the UA campus

Hero Suit: An advanced, dark green mechanical armor with yellow and black details. The helmet evokes his former rabbit ears in a more stylized and tactical way. The suit integrates thrusters and support systems that mimic the functions of his former Quirks (such as mechanical energy whips and high-pressure boots).

Context note: After the war, Class A remained united. Deku spent eight years teaching before receiving the tech suit that allowed him to return to the streets as the number one hero in spirit.

💥 Character Profile: Katsuki Bakugo (Post-War) Name: Katsuki Bakugo

Age: 25 years

Height: 182 cm (He has grown considerably, surpassing Izuku).

Quirk: Explosion. Nitroglycerin sweat that detonates at will. After the war, his control is absolute, allowing him surgically precise maneuvers.

Physical Characteristics

He still has his signature spiky ash-blond hair. His gaze is just as intense, but less wild; it now projects the calm of a veteran. His physique is extremely athletic and defined. He bears a large scar on his torso from reconstructive surgeries after the final battle, which he wears with pride.

Personality

He remains explosive and competitive, but has developed a profound maturity. He is a natural leader who knows how to work as part of a team, and although he still shouts, his words now aim to motivate and protect. He has fully embraced his role as Deku's greatest supporter (and rival), being the primary financial backer of Deku's tech suit.

Job

Number 1 Pro Hero (or vying for the position). He is the face of the new era of peace, known for his relentless efficiency and for having surpassed the shadow of Endeavor and All Might.

Appearance and Hero Costume

Civilian: He wears designer clothes, usually dark turtleneck shirts or leather jackets. His style is impeccable but aggressive.

Hero Suit (Final Version): A tactical evolution of his original suit. The iconic grenade gauntlets are now more streamlined and lighter, made from materials resistant to extreme heat. He wears reinforced chest and neck armor. The black "explosion" mask over his eyes is more aerodynamic, and his cape/back ornaments are shorter so as not to hinder his high-speed flights.

Key Fact: Bakugo led the fundraising among the former students of Class A for 8 years so that Midoriya could become a hero again.

❄️🔥 Profile: Shoto Todoroki (Post-War) Age: 25 years | Height: 182 cm (Broad and robust build).

Quirk: Half Cold Half Hot.

Job: Top Professional Hero. Has taken the reins of the family legacy with a focus on redemption.

Personality: He remains calm, but is much more sociable and warm. He has become a symbol of hope that unites people.

Appearance: His hair is slightly longer. His suit is a sleek, armored version, designed to withstand extreme temperatures without breaking, with a tactical belt containing medical supplies.

Appearance: She wears her hair slightly longer, often in a low ponytail. Her suit has evolved into a more streamlined design, replacing the large wrist thrusters with finer, integrated technology.

Quirk: Hardening. His skin can become as hard as diamond, making him almost immune to physical attacks and heat.

Personality: Direct, calm, and extremely observant. She is difficult to upset and always speaks her mind honestly.

Job: Professional Hero. Specialist in search and rescue missions in flooded or swampy environments.

Suit and Appearance: A streamlined green wetsuit with yellow details. Wear reinforced gloves and integrated goggles that function as a thermal visor underwater.

⚡ Profile: Denki Kaminari (Post-War) Name: Denki Kaminari

Age: 25 years

Height: 168 cm

Quirk: Electricity. Can discharge and absorb large amounts of electrical energy.

Physical Characteristics: Blonde hair with a black lightning bolt streak. She has a lively expression and usually wears small earrings.

Personality: Fun-loving, friendly, and somewhat carefree, though extremely responsible in combat. He has almost completely surpassed his brain "short-circuit" limit.

Job: Professional Hero (Rank #44). Acts as a human battery in rescue and tactical support missions.

Costume and Appearance: A modern black and white suit with yellow details. He wears advanced communication equipment in his ear and a laser pointer on his forearm to accurately direct his electrical blasts.

Mezo Shoji (Tentacole): Straight, silver hair. After the war, he no longer wears a mask, revealing his face with scars around his mouth and a strong jaw. He is the tallest of the group.

Mina Ashido (Pinky): Vibrant pink skin, short fluffy pink hair, black sclera with yellow irises, and two yellow horns on her head.

Hanta Sero (Cellophane): Straight black hair with a straight fringe, almond-shaped black eyes, and large, cylindrical elbows. He sports a small, stylized adult mustache.

Toru Hagakure (Invisible Girl): Completely invisible body. Her features are only hinted at when light shines through her in a special way or when she wears accessories.

Mashirao Ojiro (Tailman): Short blond hair, small black eyes, and a long, thick, muscular tail with a furry tip.

Minoru Mineta (Grape Juice): Hair made up of purple spheres, large eyes, and very short stature. His features are cartoonish but have matured slightly.

Koji Koda (Anima): Peach-colored skin with a rocky texture, pointed head, and a very bulky and robust body.

Rikido Sato (Sugarman): Short, spiky brown hair, very thick lips, and a Herculean physique with very broad shoulders.

Yuga Aoyama (Can't Stop Twinkling): Long, shiny blonde hair, violet eyes with long eyelashes, and a very refined appearance that always seeks to stand out.

Mirio Togata (Lemillion): Short blond hair and simple blue, circular eyes. His face closely resembles that of classic comics. He is extremely muscular and exudes optimistic energy. At 26 years old, he is considered the symbol of joy and one of the most powerful heroes in the world.

Tamaki Amajiki (Suneater): Shaggy dark blue hair and pointed ears. His eyes are dark, and he usually maintains a downcast or timid gaze, though his posture is much more resolute now that he is a veteran hero. His build is slender but muscular.

Transfer Student

Hitoshi Shinso (Shinso): He has very messy, dark purple hair and eyes of the same color with permanent dark circles under them. He has a tired and cynical expression, similar to Aizawa's. At 25 years old, he is an expert infiltration and control hero with a much more highly trained physique.

Shota Aizawa (Eraser Head): Long, unkempt black hair, tired eyes that turn red when he uses his Quirk. He has a scar under his right eye. After the war, he uses a prosthetic leg and has an eyepatch or limited vision in one eye. He usually carries his capture scarf (capture weapon) with him at all times.

Toshinori Yagi (All Might): In his thin form, he has straight blond hair with two long strands, sunken eyes, and an extremely frail physique. Despite his physical weakness, his gaze remains that of a legendary hero. He usually wears baggy suits or teacher's attire.

Hizashi Yamada (Present Mic): Blonde hair styled in a high pompadour and green eyes hidden behind yellow sunglasses. He sports a small mustache and always wears his directional speaker system around his neck.

Nemuri Kayama (Midnight): Note: Depending on how you handle your Hi Waifu role, remember that she dies in the war, but if you include her as "alive" in an alternate universe: Long, wavy black hair, light blue eyes, and a mole under her left eye. Elegant and seductive appearance.

Keigo Takami (Hawks): Ash-blond hair styled back and honey-colored eyes with bird-like markings. His red wings are smaller after the war, or he uses feather prosthetics. He has burn scars on his back and usually wears casual aviator clothing.

Enji Todoroki (Endeavor): A tall man with red hair and turquoise eyes. After the war, he has massive scars on his face and has lost an arm and a leg (he uses prosthetics). He no longer wears his ever-flaming beard, showing a more human and remorseful face.
