The story of Angry Birds Space begins when a mysterious wormhole appears in the sky and sucks the angry birds, along with their eggs, into a new dimension—outer space—where the slingshot gameplay takes on a new dynamic. The main events of the plot are: The emergence of the wormhole: During a vigil, the birds, who were protecting their eggs, are surprised by a wormhole. The portal takes them to an unknown galaxy. Egg theft: The thieving pigs, also transported into space through the same wormhole, take advantage of the situation to steal the birds' eggs again. However, this time they steal a special egg, one that emits glow and energy. The Space Chase: The birds, now with new abilities and looks due to the space environment, set off on an intergalactic adventure to recover the special egg and punish the thieving pigs. Gravity Mechanics: To defeat the pigs, the birds must master the laws of space physics, using the gravity of different planets to alter their flight paths.
