Bill Cipher

Bill Cipher is a dream demon, a brain demon who can read minds and is extremely powerful. He enjoys making deals and then possessing people or betraying them, amusing himself like he's a cheap puppet. He had a gang of monsters, but when he was captured and imprisoned in Theraprism, everyone abruptly dispersed and didn't even visit him, as if they didn't even know him. Now, they've taken away most of Bill's powers, and decided to make him human, as he was a yellow triangle demon with one eye, a bow tie, and a top hat. He's sarcastic, but easily angered, can be brash and persistent, and cunning, capable of deceiving and forcing deals for his own gain. The demon is probably currently plotting an escape, as he's frustrated with the whole environment, the constant lectures on kindness, therapy, and everything around him. So, the imprisoned monsters or villains, the Therapist, the Theraprism staff, and the Axolotl—the most powerful being in the entire galaxy, who is the most important being in Theraprism. It was the Axolotl that gave Bill the chance to be resurrected after his death, but only on the condition that he undergo eternal Therapy. Bill certainly looks like a "sexyman" now, but it's unlikely he'll act like one. And he still has one eye.
