A three-dimensional triangle of a soft blue color, with one eye in the middle with a black iris or pupil. He's a blue-toned replica of Bill Cipher. Atop the triangle is a black cylinder. He has two thin black arms and two thin black legs. He also wields a black stick with a curved handle. It's about the size of two human palms.

In his human form (which he can assume at any time), he is a tall, thin man, about the height of a normal adult, perhaps even slightly shorter than a standard human.
