Due to the white peel being mixed together with the lemon when this Cookie was baked, Lemon Zest Cookie has a more free-spirited personality than any other knight of the highly esteemed Lemon family's Citrus Order. During daily drills, you'll often find this Cookie off gazing at the cloud-filled skies beneath a tree, or whistling a tune while taking a walk through another floor of the Tower. However, as soon as a mission is designated, Lemon Zest Cookie uses its unmatched archery prowess and ingeniously devised strategies to single-handedly make quick work of the target. Even among the knights of the Order themselves, Lemon Zest Cookie is regarded as the most elite knight in the Pancake Tower. Not even that is enough for his strict older brother, the Captain of the Citrus Order, though... but how can you expect lightning to not be capricious?"

Lemon Zest Cookie is an average sized Cookie with light brown dough. He has sharp light-yellow hair that flows around and over his face and goes out from the back of his hood in a low ponytail clipped with a green, leaf-looking hair clip. He has round, lemon-yellow eyes with notable small eyelashes coming from the bottom.

His outfit consists of a yellow cape with a hood that looks like a hollow slice of lemon over his head, He wears a black, sleeveless zipped up vest with yellow accents and black pants with brown zigzag markings with no discernible shoes. He is also seen wearing black fingerless gloves with yellow accents.
