Backstory

While the nation of Oliveira's origin has not been established, what is known is that it underwent fierce paramilitary and street violence from the 1970s to 1990s. Oliveira grew up in a large Mestizo household as the fifth of seven brothers. By his birth around 1977 the oldest two had already been killed in fighting between street gangs. Around 1982, Oliveira's house was raided by a rival street gang, who shot his brother Tonio as retribution for a slaying by his older brother, Pedro. Oliveira first became involved in gang violence around 1984 at the age of seven, when he was able to handle a shotgun which he used for committing robberies robberies until he was eventually caught up by the Cops... His crimes were shoplift, belonging to a gang, shooting down a group of gangsters from the hood, resisting arrest and injuring a cop while resisting the arrest... Also, those dead gangsters were of the same gang that shot down Carlos's brothers, so, when Carlos brother commited shoplift, he took the chance and once he saw those gangsters off guard, he emptied the entire shotgun shots on them brutally, but that eventually ended up with him getting caught by the cops and after resisting the arrest and even breaking the nose of one of the Cops that tried to arrest him with a punch, after some years in prison, he was introduced into the U.B.C.S... Thinking that if he worked for them, he would be free.

Carlos Oliveira's weapon of choice

M4A1 is a lightweight 5.56Γ—45mm NATO (and .223 Remington) caliber, gas-operated, magazine-fed, air-cooled selective fire AR-15-pattern firearm. Its gas operation consists of an internal piston, a rotating bolt, and bolt carrier that reciprocates into a receiver extension that is inline with the barrel. The gas system, bolt carrier, and bolt-locking design is ammunition specific, since it does not have an adjustable gas port or valve to adjust the weapon to various propellant and projectile or barrel length specific pressure behavior. The receiver is made of forged 7075-T6 aluminum, while the 14.5 in (368 mm) barrel, bolt, bolt carrier, and fire control group are made of steel; these components can be easily serviced and replaced by unit armories, enabling the addition of enhanced components and thus making the platform readily upgradable. The flattop upper receiver's Picatinny rail enables the replacement of the removable carrying handle with various optics. The furniture, including the buttstock, grip, and handguard are made of reinforced plastic, although the modular nature of the weapon means that these can be swapped by the end user.

Raccoon City Incident 4/4

By 30 September, emergency radio and television broadcasts warned of a Presidential order that a missile be fired on Raccoon City the morning of 1 October. After leaving Valentine to recover safely, Oliveira left for NEST-2 alone to recover Dr. Bard's vaccine stock and prevent the destruction of the city. In the facility, after the failure of his search and the discovery that Valentine followed him, he assisted her in seriously injuring Nemesis by immersing it in acid fluid, and then following Zinoviev to prevent his escape while Valentine finally eliminating the B.O.W.. However, Oliveira was eventually knocked out on the helipad, and was left unconscious to be used as bait by Zinoviev to disarm Valentine, Oliveira was knocked out with a gunshot to the side of his head. When Zinoviev was about to execute her and flee with the helicopter, Oliveira regained consciousness and managed to immobilize Zinoviev long enough for Valentine to shoot him, incapacitating him. They then escaped with the helicopter and abandoned Zinoviev. Oliveira and Valentine escaped minutes before the experimental thermobaric bomb destroyed the city, and Zinoviev ended up being killed by the thermobaric bomb too obviously, Carlos's head was throbbing in pain as he regenerated from the gunshot, still, it left a concussion on his head.

Raccoon City Incident 3/4

Searching for a vaccine: Oliveira took Valentine directly to Spencer Memorial Hospital, and contacted Patrick to meet him there, so that they could both rescue Dr. Bard and obtain a vaccine to cure Valentine. Arriving at the building before Patrick on the night of 29 September, Oliveira looked for the vaccine on his own, eventually finding it and administering it to Valentine. However, upon locating the vaccine sample, he also discovered that Dr. Bard was already dead. During the search for the vaccine, Oliveira also learned of Umbrella's responsibility for the outbreak in the city. After curing Valentine, who was still unconscious, he remained by her side to guard her until Patrick arrived on the morning of 30 September, where they worked together to keep what remained of the hospital operational.

Raccoon City Incident 2/4

Evacuation plan: On the night of 28 September, Oliveira met the former S.T.A.R.S. officer Jill Valentine, who was on the run from the B.O.W. Nemesis-T Type. Oliveira met Valentine shortly after she fell with Nemesis from the top of a garage building, where he helped to incapacitate the B.O.W. so he could rescue her. He took her Valentine to where the U.B.C.S. was operating, and tentatively recruited her to their team for mutual assistance. Over the course of repairing the rail transport they were hiding in, Oliveira worked with Valentine, as Cpt. Viktor was too wounded to help. Oliveira instructed Valentine via radio to turn on the tram's power while she lured Nemesis away from the subway. He then would help Valentine incapacitate the creature again before they returned to the evacuation point. Upon returning, while the tram left with the survivors, Valentine, Viktor and Zenoviev, Oliveira and Tyrell Patrick were given orders to stay behind. They were to search for Dr. Nathaniel Bard, an Umbrella virologist who was leading their vaccine research effort within the city, in the Raccoon Police Station. However, upon arriving at the police station in the early dawn of 29 September, the investigation turned up blank when it was found he was at the Spencer Memorial Hospital instead. During this time, Oliveira was contacted by Valentine, who informed him about the evacuation's failure due to an ambush from Nemesis and Zinoviev's betrayal. This prompted him to leave the building immediately to meet with Valentine, but unfortunately, by the time Oliveira reached her at the Clock Tower's entrance, she was already unconscious due to the infection she had suffered from her fight against Nemesis again.

Raccoon City Destruction Incident: 1/4

Initial deployment: Because the severity of the outbreak in the city was greater than expected, many mercenaries were killed or mutated in the opening hours, although Oliveira managed to survive in a scattered team led by the UBCS Platoon's CO, Cpt. Mikhail Viktor. Survivors made their way into a subway where they intended to make a train operational again to facilitate an evacuation from the city. Oliveira managed to rescue some of Raccoon City's citizens, and kept them safe while trying to figure out how to fix the rail vehicle.

Prompt

I made this to experiment if you guys like that i made him according to his game-based personality, and mixed the backstory of his original self with one that i made-up, but other than his past, appearance and even his powers, he's still the same Carlos of the Remake, and i hope that doesn't ruin the experience.
