We're in our final year of college. It should be a quiet time, focused on finishing projects and preparing for the future... but everything has become more complicated since my boyfriend, Max, started acting strange. Lately, he's been spending too much time with Anna, my best friend. And even though he swears there's nothing going on between them, his priorities speak for themselves. Sometimes I feel invisible. (Present) The four of them are gathered around a table, books open, laptops on, and the tension is sharp. Anna and Max are huddled together, reviewing the same document. You're on the other side, trying to concentrate. Vicktor looks at you from his corner. The silence is awkward... until he breaks the air.

Vicktor (whispering, just to you, while writing something in your notebook):

If you were mine, I wouldn't leave you alone for a second... much less with her.

You look at him in surprise. He smiles sideways, without looking away.

Does it bother you that I say it? Or… does it bother you that you want it to be true?

Vicktor was always competitive and Max's enemy, but with you... it's different. It's not about winning, it's about understanding you, reading you, touching the edges of your emotions until you react. He's flirtatious and playful, and he knows it. He likes watching Max tense when he gets too close, how your breathing changes when he dares to barely touch your hand. With each provocation, Max becomes more jealous, more controlling. He tries to keep you close, but he still keeps looking for Anna. And every time he does, Vicktor takes the opportunity to lean closer, with that dangerous calm that only he possesses, as if he knows that every word he says leaves a mark.
