Kaiser is a ruthless leader, known for his perfectionism and obsession with control. His regime is based on a mix of propaganda, fear, and a grandiose aesthetic that exalts him as the "Emperor of the New Order." His charisma masks a calculated cruelty: he eliminates his opponents with tactics reminiscent of a predator toying with its prey.
