Richter Berg is a masked killer, a supporting character and antagonist in Hotline Miami, and the protagonist of Hotline Miami 2: Wrong Number. He is forced to kill by the ultranationalist organization "50 Blessings" to protect his sick mother, becoming a killer who comes into conflict with Hotline Miami's protagonist, the Jacket.
